At OrthoKicks, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day, we ship to hundreds of customers around the world and can provide the highest level of responsiveness.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
The time period for deliveries is composed of two time periods
composed of:
1) Processing time: 0-3 Business days (Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing)
2) Transit time: 5-7 Business days
Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it will take to:
5-7 business days to be delivered to the destination.
*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.
We offer the following shipping rates:

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be processed or cancelled before delivery. Please note that in case of a lost package we can only offer you a replacement/refund. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Carrier
We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier to ensure your items are delivered safely and on time.
Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. Make sure to provide a valid street address to avoid any delays in your delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
